With more than 18 years in the music industry Hilder brando Osorno AKA KILLABEATMAKER is a Colombian music producer, who combines
Colombian rhythms with Afrobeats, Amapiano and Cumbia. His Knowledge of South American traditional Indige-nous music has allowed him to produce and print electronic and global club Music to suit a vast fan base. He shared a Latin Grammy nomination in 2014, as a Sound Engineer, with a project that also won an award from the Nickelodeon TV channel Don Tetto.
KILLABEATMAKER is not only an accomplished Dj, he has also established a vibrant Live band that performs globally to thousands of people all over Europe and The Americas. The show brings a grooving and mystical combination through an energetic performance with unique instruments from the motherland. To top it all off KILLABEATMAKER’S record label and recording studio RADIOCALIENTE Music has been growing steadily and was even invited to participate in SWSX and Amsterdam dance event.
The Live Band is made up of three musicians Guadalupe Giraldo on the drums, on the Colombian Gaita and The Main Vocalists. JulianRamirez on percussion and backing vocals and finally KILLABEATMAKER who complements an ecstatic show with enhanced beatbox, rap, vocals and electrifying AKAI beats.In the past 5 years, we have made five tours to Europe, performing in more than 43 cities. We have also performed in important and recognized cultural music Conferences like WOMEX 2023 in Spain, BIME 2022 Colombia, BOMM 2022 Colombia, CIRCULART 2022 Colombia and SIM São Paulo 2019 Brazil.
At present, He released of an impactful new Ep named "UKUN", with followed by a European tour that finished in WOMEX2023. Next summer “INGA” Tour will be full of concerts in many important festivals around the world. His EP, "Matiela Suto" from early 2021 (On Spotify), was synchronized in a 2023 Apple TV+ series “Echo 3” and was well received by the media and featured by recognized broadcasters like Branko (Enchufada, Portugal), Jamz Supernova (BBC Radio 1), and Kampire (Nyege Nyege Festival), it was
also showcased twice on Paris-based media Pan African Music, who premiered the
title-track official video. Also, the song "Matiela Suto" was selected as "Songs You Need to
Hear This Week" by Okay Africa, the number one media for the African diaspora culture in
the U.S.A and was added to countless Spotify editorial playlists. This positive reception
resulted in the Album being reproduced more than 100,000 times in a span of two months.
