Evients is a portal that allows you to purchase tickets directly for selected events.
For other events, we do not handle the sales directly, but instead provide links to
partner services or other external websites.
This guide helps you retrieve tickets you purchased on Evients.
How to retrieve your tickets
- First, check your email inbox for messages from "Evients". Also check your junk mail folder ("spam"): if the message is there, mark it as not spam and move it to your inbox to prevent it from being deleted.
- You can always retrieve all your tickets from this page:
https://www.evients.com/tickets - If you still can’t find them, contact us and specify the payment method you used (for example: credit card, Satispay, etc.). If you paid with a credit card, please also include the last 2 digits of the card for verification.
If you purchased tickets on websites other than Evients, we will not be able to help you.
